For Digital Products

All digital products (journals, templates, e-books, audio files, meditations, workshops and webinars) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. You will also receive a download link on the confirmation page.

If you don’t see your digital download right away:

  • Please check your spam or promotions folder

  • Contact us at [insert support email] and we’ll resend it promptly

 

For Physical Products 

We currently ship physical products within Canada and the U.S. If you're outside these regions, please contact us before placing an order.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Canada: 3–9 business days

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: Varies by location (please contact us for a custom estimate)

 

Shipping Rates
